Communications Adviser

We’re looking for a talented Communications Adviser to join our Strategic Communications team and help bring our messaging to life across multiple channels.As a Communications Adviser, you’ll play a key role in creating clear, engaging and accessible content that supports AFCA’s strategy and connects with a diverse range of stakeholders. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you’ll help translate complex ideas into meaningful communications that align with our brand, tone and values.This is initially a 12 month contract at AFCA.What you’ll be doingDraft, edit and publish content across channels including email, intranet, web, newsletters, presentations and scriptsSupport communication plans and campaigns aligned to strategic prioritiesEnsure messaging is consistent, accessible and aligned with AFCA’s tone of voice and visual identityPartner with subject matter experts to turn complex information into clear, engaging contentManage feedback, approvals and production timelines to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered on timeSupport reporting and measurement of communication effectivenessContribute to team planning, ideas, continuous improvement initiatives and any other tasks as required
