Who You'll Work WithAs the Country Manager Sales for ANZ, you will collaborate closely with our strategic channel partners to drive business growth across the region. Your primary focus will be to generate qualified leads, acquire new enterprise customers, and consistently exceed sales quotas. You will engage with senior decision-makers within large enterprise accounts and leverage your deep understanding of networking and/or data center technologies to position our solutions effectively. As the Country Manager Sales for ANZ, you will lead strategic efforts to expand our customer base, working with cutting-edge Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technologies that are transforming the industry.You’ll play a critical role in identifying and closing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and partnering with channel and technology allies to accelerate growth. If you’re passionate about networking technologies, have a strong hunter mentality, and are driven by exceeding targets, you’ll thrive in this high-impact role at Arista.Responsibilities:Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goalsBuild pipeline by developing relationships with top tier prospects, partners, and customersManage and grow new customer relationships and revenue associated with Arista data center networking productsProspect and develop new potential customers via telephone by qualifying and tracking leads, researching and identifying key contacts, placing calls to establish business relationships, qualifying new accounts, and making salesProspect and develop partner resellers in the territoryBuild mutually beneficial relationships with value-add resellers and grow business through these partnershipsParticipate in marketing program planning, development, execution, and measurement to ensure that programs succeed according to planInterface with Arista headquarters to coordinate sales and marketing activityTake initiative in getting necessary training and certification on Arista productsMonitor client satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolutionSet own priorities and schedules to meet established goals and meet commitments consistentlyOther duties as assigned by management
