With major investment in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with Dam owners nationwide, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects across the country.As part of our industry leading Dams team, you’ll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.With AECOM’s flexibility, base yourself in either our Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Perth or Melbourne offices.What a day in this role could involve:Leading and running structural engineering components of complex, major dams projects and providing technical and strategic direction in their deliveryGuiding and mentoring our growing team of engineers to provide high quality outputs and excellent client service.Leading design teams and design programs from options-analysis through to detailed design of dams.Creating and maintaining lasting relationship with our clients.
