The Occupier Services business provides end to end property services for corporate occupiers. Services range from managing lease terms and expiries for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory, workplace strategy, design & architecture, project management, technology services, and six-star concierge and workplace services.As an Executive, you will focus on understanding the needs of large Industrial & logistics occupiers based in NSW, providing superior advice, and introducing our suite of services and the power of our geographic coverage as appropriate. This is a role where your ability to understand the key business drivers of C-Level executives and relate that to effective property related strategies with demonstrated business outcomes, will build trusted relationships, and develop long-term "accounts" for Colliers.
