ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and delivery of full-stack features that raise the bar for quality and performanceBuild responsive, component-based UIs with React (Hooks, Context API, etc.)Develop and maintain back-end services in C#/.NET, integrating APIs and cloud servicesCollaborate with clients, product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complex needs into simple, effective solutionsMentor team members and guide technical decision-making to lift the whole teamParticipate in architectural discussions and shape the technical direction of projectsMaintain high standards through code reviews, unit testing, and automation practicesChampion best practices in Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimisation
