Legal Counsel - Privacy

What you’ll be doing: Provide practical privacy law advice to the Australian business.Develop and implement privacy policies, procedures and training predominantly in the Australian business.Conduct privacy impact assessments and report on risks.Conduct regular audits and assessments and take corrective action when necessary.Investigate and respond to privacy incidents.Work closely the Risk and Data teams and with a group of Privacy Champions across the business.Stay up to date with privacy laws and regulations and assist with implementing changes required as a result of law reforms.Liaise with overseas privacy functions as needed.
