We're looking for a commercially astute,experienced National Account Manager to join the Sodexo Australian team based in Sydney.

Reporting to theGeneral Manager of Strategic Accounts, the successful candidate will be responsible for Managing a National Account in the Pharmaceutical and Medical DevicesSector. In this position you will act as the primarypoint of contact between key stakeholders and internal teams and develop a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements.

Key duties

  • Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Effectively lead quarterly, half yearly, and annual business reviews with the client and key stakeholders
  • Effectively supervise and manage your team of direct employees and contractors
  • Ensure that the facilities meet statutoryregulations and environmental, health and security standards at all times
  • Deliver minor and major capital works, development of scope, and assist in commercial and tendering
  • Manage the planning and execution of planned and unplanned work and the re-scheduling of tasks
  • Review work execution performance with team members, identify gaps and take corrective action as necessary to improve performance

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced diverse environment, someone who takes pride in delivering quality work who hasthe following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven track record delivering multi-site Facilities Management accounts.
  • A proven track record in the Pharmaceutical and/ or Medical Devices industry.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in and managing a GxP environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management procedures and practices as they pertain to the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of developing and leading high performing teams of 30 people to more.
  • Proven experience asKey Account Manager, ideally managing a national portfolio.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Well developed computer skills with previous experience using Microsoft Power BI (or a similar dynamic reporting solution) and Maximo (or similar Computerised Maintenance Management System).
  • Highly developed reporting skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering detailed information and insight to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills and an ability to identify trends and make appropriate decisions and recommendations based on industry knowledge and experience.
  • Trade or degree qualification preferred but not essential.
