Job Description

Responsible for maximizing selling and further online growth by analysing and understanding the customer behaviour

Responsible for the site planning for COS Australia E-Commerce Platform and curating high-quality content and online consumer journey

Secure the best customer offering by setting a short and long-term strategy for product and category presentation to increase the profit result

Offer optimized customer journey via page design, product listing, and visual curation that meets commerciality and customers’ needs

Ensure customer journey relevance and desired impact on key landing pages in line with the content calendar

Collaborate with Digital Marketing team, Merch to align stories & local relevant content with the overall COS look as well as season trend information to ensure the omnichannel experience

Provide constant and structured in-depth customer behavior analysis to the E-commerce team to follow up on actions taken and to identify concept strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

Collaborate with online merchandisers to ensure the balance of commerciality, inspiration, and brand integrity in all sales driven activities (e.g., suggesting trails, moves, sale items, and flagging sold out best sellers)

Analyze and follow up on weekly sales and concept goals to secure right timing and product presentation as well as local relevance, taking necessary action based on results

Support planning and execution of regular website updates in line with the E-Commerce communication plan, always adhering to the message, visual standards, and business needs

Review results of activities and respond to fluctuating needs of the business by translating these visually across the site to ensure the best outcome from a brand, sales, and customer perspective

Improve visual merchandising methods and tools to promote additional selling and continue to develop technological expertise in VM tool and Google analytics

Qualifications

Previous E-commerce visual merchandising experience is strong plusE

Sales driven and results orientated

Excellent commercial skills, knowledgeable in product hierarchy, biggest orders, pricing strategy, edits and customer navigation.

Good project management capabilities

Excellent communicator and the ability to build relationships with other key stakeholders

Excellent customer analysis skills and an expert in customer behaviour online.

Adapt global guidelines to customers needs in the European Region

Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
