Job Description
EAG is looking for an Analyst to join our lab in Syracuse, NY. The candidate will perform material testing across multiple techniques and the associated data collection, analysis, andreporting. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for process and equipment troubleshooting.
Note: Work schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.Use of information in this role is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- BS degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or related STEM field.
- 5+ years of prior work experience
- Testing and Associated Instrumentation Experience (Microscope, GDMS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, etc.)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills
- Planning and Organizational Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Technical Competence/Curiosity
- Technical Documentation
- Data Analysis
Ability and Physical Requirements:
- Requirements Include Sitting, Lifting, Bending, Speaking and Writing.
