Job Description
ADuty Manager takes the leadin the absence of the manager, overseeing store operations and cashing up.
You will keep the team focused by ensuring they are continuously developed, actively promoting a safe environment, ensuring trading requirements are met, controlling shrinkage, and maintaining consistency.
We currently have a permanent, part time position available, covering the following shifts: Friday & Saturday (4.30pm - 8.30pm)Qualifications
To be a Duty Manager you will need;
- Drive and ambition
- The ability to interpret and execute plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- First Aid certificate,Building Warden training
- Minimum two years' service in retail and preferably some leadership experience
