Project Manager - ( New Projects / Relocation Projects) - Assistant Manager / Deputy manager

Work as a single point of contact for the assigned project from concept stages through production and project closure.Responsible for achieving project goals (Time, Cost, Budget & Quality)Manage cross-functional core team comprising of Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Functions, Product Management, Purchasing and Logistics.Work very closely with IPN and international teams.Develop achievable project plans/timelines in accordance with the PS process and Product Roadmap.Responsible for the project infrastructure, MAE & SOPIdentify and assess risks, create plans for risk mitigation as they pertain to cost, quality and schedule.Able to function independently on a variety of problems of moderate scope. Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Communications - Develop and manage projects status, project reviews and other communication tools as needed. Organize timely review meetings at all levels and manage escalations where necessary.Leadership – motivate, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.Plan necessary budget for the project, get necessary approvals and steer the new business area.
