Job Description

In thisbusy and challenging

Customer Service Representativerole you will interact with customers, manage relationships with external and internal customers. You will be accountable for managing sales orders and enquiries from a wide range of customers.

This will see you:

  • Process and follow up customer sales orders with internal departments;
  • Take face to face enquiries and orders at the front counter;
  • Provide timely and accurate order status information to customers;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other business functions; and
  • Provide internal support and regular feedback to relevant sales teams regarding customer and competitor information.

Further to this you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded however are not essential.
