Job Description
We are looking for a National Director, Head of Retail Real Estate Management for Australia to work with the Managing Director and Head of Operations of Real Estate Management as well as collaborating with other service line leaders to identify opportunity, performance improvements and enhance productivity to support revenue and EBITDA growth in the Retail Real Estate Management business. You will ensure the effective execution and project management of the strategy by aligning, integrating and operationalising all parts of the business to the Colliers Enterprise Blueprint, and growing profitable market share in a risk-managed, corporately acceptable manner.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Wide:- Be enterprising to enhance the growth of the business, resulting in increased revenue and EBITDA.
- Be a leader, communicating and operationalising company-wide initiatives that enhance productivity.
- Be an expert at leading the operations of the business, encouraging collaboration and best practice, making great decisions quickly, all aligned with Our Enterprise Plan.
- Co-ordinate the client strategy across all locations.

- Identify trends and opportunities to expand our business and lead our industry into the future.
- Lead our people strategy to attract and develop industry leaders.
- Improve our operating model and the productivity of all locations.
- Lead and innovate with marketing.
- Drive consistency & standardisation of best practice.
- Ensure the effective operations of the business.
- Lead the execution of risk management best practise.

Qualifications
Background & Experience- Deep experience in retail property management is essential.
- Widely known within the retail property industry.
- Degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications preferred.
- Proven Executive leader with total accountability for a significant business.
- Have formulated and implemented successful business strategies.
