Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Executive to join our award-winning Real Estate Management team in our Auckland CBD office. We are looking for a motivated and positive professional to proactively lease retail assets managed by Colliers, predominantly WestCity Waitakere.
Responsibilities- Provide recommendations on the tenancy mix and overall strategy of asset
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships
- Implement leasing strategies for managed assets and developments
- Negotiate and document new and renewed leases
- Identify and maximise opportunities for both the asset owners and occupiers
Qualifications
- Current salespersons license, or willingness to obtain
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proactive and effective communication skills
- Results-driven with a strong client focus
- Strong relationship building skills
- Resourceful and entrepreneurial
- Lateral thinker and ability to identify creative opportunities
