Registered Nurse - In Home Aged care

An exciting opportunity for an experienced & passionate Registered Nurse to join our Home & Community Team, visiting clients in their homes across the Riverina & Murray regions, supporting them to remain living independently in their own homes.

Your days will be varied and will include clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessments, catheter changing and other duties.

As one of our exceptional Registered Nurses, you will provide holistic, safe and quality care to our clients consistent with our Mission, Philosophy and Values.

If you have the ability to work independently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills to allow you to liaise effectively with our clients, care staff, family members, doctors and the management team this could be the position for you. Your well-developed time management, organisation and reporting skills to complete daily reports, are essential to aid you in your success.

About you;

  • Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in Home & Community Aged Care is desirable
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence and a Registered & Insured vehicle
  • Experience in Clinical Assessments – PAS & RUDAS
  • Willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check
  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation
  • Able to provide evidence of Covid 19 andFlu Vaccination
