  • Permanent Full-time position - 38 Hours per week

We are currently seeking a Quality and Education Manager to join our teamon a permanent full-timebasis. In this role, you will provide exceptional coordination services in relation to clinical quality and education support and you will ensure that current accreditation standards are met.

In addition to this, you will:

  • Implement our standard operating model for quality and education;
  • Ensure clinical and service delivery and documentation is upheld to the highest standards;
  • Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits at the home;
  • Facilitate effective training and education to new and existing staff, including induction, competencies, and more.

As a successful candidate, you will bring:

  • Registered Nurse with APHRA registration;
  • An in-depth understanding of Aged Care Standards;
  • Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care facility;
  • Essential knowledge of ACQSC accreditation standards;
  • Experience as a Quality Coordinator in the Aged Care industry or in a comparable role/industry is highly desirable
  • Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable).
  • Willingness to provide evidence of 2021 Flu Vaccination
