Job Description
What you will be doing?As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience by greeting customers and making them feel welcome in our store. This role is all about championing customer service, you will work closely with your customers, running exciting promotions, and bringing products to life through your passion and advice.
You will also take responsibility for proactively resolving customer issues as they arise and you will do all you can to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
The Customer Experience Expert will offer in-store demonstrations, creating interactive experiences while showcasing the features and benefits of the latest products.
There is a permanent, part-time position available. The hours are:- Saturday and Sunday 9:30am - 7:00pm
Qualifications
Who we are looking for?To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who knows what good customer service is and how to deliver it. You will be a passionate people person, committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers.
Knowledge and interest in the products that we sell is beneficial too. This will complement your friendly demeanour nicely!
