Job Description
This is a 6 month maternity cover fixed term contract within our customer service team.
We are building a customer service team that is going to be the face of our organisation, interacting with the wider New Zealand public and our strategic brand partners. You will own the customer service lifecycle from beginning to end performing such activities as:
- Responding to and resolving Live Chat
- Outbound calling to Merchants (companies)
- Monitoring progress of orders from time order placed to when delivered
- Resolving queries both from customers, merchants, and internal teams
- Processing returns
We are after people who have a customer first attitude and go out of their way to create an experience that leaves people wanting to come back for more. We are passionate about what we do and are looking for CS advisors that can translate that across to our customers and merchants.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience using a customer service system (we use Zendesk)
- Amazing attention to detail
- Pride in your work! You'll get a thrill by delivering first class service
- High level English communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexibility to be able to work on a rostered scheduled that will include one half day on a weekend one in every three weeks.
