We are looking for an adaptable, quick-thinking and self-motivated Risk Coordinator to join our Risk Management & Audit team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Manager Risk Management & Audit in the development and enhancement of the University’s risk and resilience management portfolio with specific focus on Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Programme, Crisis Management Programme, including Resilience Management Advisory Group (RMAG), and Enterprise Risk Framework.

Key responsibilities in this role include:Developing, enhancing and embedding the UoA Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Programme.Updating and enhancing key Crisis Management programme documents and resources.Incident management, including coordinating CIMS training and drafting incident reportsRMAG work programmeCoordinating Mass notification exercises and UoA Alert supportCompiling the fortnightly Risks & Issues reportOther administrative and coordination tasks for the Risk Management & Audit team, including intranet updates, scheduling meetings and maintenance of team planning resources.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.

The remuneration is $56,600 - $70,600 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
