Job Description
This role will lead digital campaign & programme activities for Digitas NZ key accounts. Actionable insights into customer behaviour are at the heart of Digitas NZ’s value proposition. Understanding these insights, shaping them into communications for customers and executing these across all digital touchpoints are all integral elements of this role.
What you will do- Management of stakeholders – internal relationships, clients, suppliers, partner agencies
- Provide effective and accurate support in planning, project administration and briefing of clients digital projects across websites, UX, online functionality, online campaigns, dynamic emails, social media and reporting.
- Understanding clients’ business goals and translating these to marketing/digital goals
- Defining business outcomes required to meet these goals
- Understanding the customer lifecycle and customer state within this lifecycle
- Understanding the messaging that will help change a customer’s state to better meet the overall goals
- Defining how and what to measure in customer behaviour across digital touchpoints
- Lead the management of multiple jobs and issues to meet client expectations
- Costing projects
- Circulate timeline and process flowchart, update and communicate information to the project team
- Billing and forecasting of projects responsible for
- Evaluate trends based on market place activity.
- Work with team members to develop effective reporting solutions for the client
- Accuracy of quoted time estimated for jobs
- Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with team members
- Demonstrates the ability to co-operate with a variety of people and achieve results.
Qualifications
About you- 5+ years of experience in a marketing/advertising or client service role.
- Digital marketing and data driven marketing experience
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts and principles
- Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Confident presentation skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
- Dedicated to quality service delivery and solutions focused
- Energy, enthusiasm and a positive can do attitude, with a desire to progress
- Strong attention to detail
- Extensive vocabulary and business acumen.
