Job Description
The Service Advisor is critical to the Torpedo7 customer service experience when it comes to management of all workshop andhire enquiries, job assessment and scheduling, supplying information around parts, and providing quotes.
The role involves preparing orders,providing accurate estimates, reporting and administrative duties.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have;
- A strong customer service focus
- Emotional maturity, honesty and professionalism
- A very high level of organisational skills and the ability to follow process
- Administrative competence and attention to detail
- Proactiveness, passion, energy and initiative
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the team and customers
- Flexibility and adaptability
It would also be advantageous to have basic technical skills of bike and bike builds, as well as experience in assessing and performing minor adjustments on quick fixes
