- Supplier Management Analyst
- The Supplier Management Analyst is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide supplier management activities.
- This position is tasked with applying analytical and interpersonal skills to efficiently and accurately process supplier management transactions, leverage excellent written communication skills, and monitor the global supplier base for compliance with all applicable Client on policies.
- This candidate will provide support for the Supplier Risk Management team, and must be skilled at and comfortable with providing high-volume transactional support, analyzing operational data and generating reports to communicate program success trends and aid in gap analysis.
- Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to remain focused on executing a process repeatedly in support of business transactions are critical to this role in order to establish the cross-functional relationships necessary for success.
- This candidate will need to effectively collaborate with contract owners, business stakeholders, Global Supply Chain, IT, and Finance in order to be successful.
- This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in areas such as systems, sourcing, supply chain, business & financial analytics, or change management. Being able to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment where requirements and constraints may evolve frequently will be key to an individual's success in this role.
- A successful candidate in this position will be a self-starter who thrives under virtual/remote supervision is necessary and excels at transactional processing and coordination.
- Communicating via email, instant message, or phone to coach internal business/contract owners and other business partners through the successful completion of supplier management transactions.
- Leading and coaching internal business/contract owners through systems as necessary to complete all off-boarding tasks, including tracking equipment returns, disabling IT and physical access, submitting final payment and documenting any issues.
- Providing ad hoc updates and weekly reports detailing progress with supplier management transactions.
- Reporting issues with systems to appropriate IT or Supplier Risk Management lead contact.
- Partnering with Sourcing business partners to ensure internal business owner compliance with all applicable Client policies.
- Participating in development and testing of program & system enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Project Management or Supply Chain required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of partners and management, including senior leaders.
- Must be able to take negative situations and turn them into positive outcomes leveraging superior customer service skills and "white glove" treatment, regardless of where the issue originates from.
- Strong relationship management including peers, executives, internal/external customers, third party vendors, and various stakeholders.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely information in a highly dynamic work environment with strong Customer Focus mindset.
- Strong transactional focus.
- Strong technical experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills and strong written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently
- Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritize projects, establish realistic timelines/milestones and achieve results.
