System Access & Salesforce Reporting Analyst

LOCATION: Basking Ridge, NJ preferred but open to remote workers in ET or CT time zones. Preferably near a hub (Alpharetta, GA; Ashburn, VA; Boston, MA; Temple Terrace, FL; Irving, TX; Chicago, IL) JOB TITLE: System Access and Salesforce Reporting Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION: To achieve revenue goals, Telecommunication must grow and continually maintain our Channel space. In order to support those goals, we are consistently looking for innovative ways to streamline our processes and deliver on our promises to our customers. This individual will act as a system access and Salesforce reporting POC for the Channel Systems & Tools team to ensure we are delivering on the needs of the business in a timely manner. MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): - Extensive knowledge of partner systems and IT related systems inclusive of Salesforce, Salesforce Partner Communities, Salesforce Dashboards and Reporting, and Jira. - An ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities across programs and business stakeholders. - Familiarity with synthesizing key business goals, accomplishments and statuses for executive level presentations as well as an ability to assemble process guides, communication, slideware talk tracks and strategic analysis for team wide improvements. - Strong program management skills for API coordination DESIRED SKILLS: - An understanding of Telecommunication methods, procedures and processes used in story creation, grooming, testing, development and release as well as familiarity with internal Telecommunication teams is a plus. - A Salesforce Admin Certification (Salesforce Adv. Administrator even better) - A PMP Certification
