Description: Overview: The Consumer Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) organization is responsible for amalgamating all integrated consumer marketing initiatives across the CMO. The role will be responsible for the overarching process, workflow, system tools and internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders and partners. What youll be doing: This role will be part of a high-priority cross-functional initiative to implement Adobe Workfront as our operational system of record across campaign work. This new system will automate and optimize repeatable processes, provide transparency and reporting on campaign progress/development, and will enable effective governance. You will be responsible for managing the holistic end-to-end implementation of Adobe Workfront, working with third-party vendors and the cross-functional team to ensure milestones are tracked, identify any potential issues, mitigate any potential risks, and own project status communication. Key Responsibilities: Develop requires documentation based on subject matter expertise provide to describe desired functionality Develop clear, user-centric user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes to clarify the desired solutions Articulate and demonstrate requirements in a clear, and concise manner to both technical and non-technical groups Support software testing to ensure business requirements are fully satisfied Work closely with our implementation partner, CMO teams, and subject matter experts across the business to develop functional requirements for existing processes and newly identified features/capabilities Collaborate with product managers to understand vision with Adobe Workfront, advocate for and communicate vision clearly to stakeholders Support other projects as assigned Requirements: You are someone who is a self-starter, with exceptional organization and communication skills, has the ability to develop relationships among various cross-functional teams, and provides guidance and support to drive towards successful project launches. You embrace and help improve project management processes and tools for the overall benefit of your projects and the organization at large. Youll need to have: Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have: MBA or MS Eight or more years of experience as a project manager or product manager, in a technology environment. PMP Certification SAFe Agile Certified Technology background especially in home broadband/Wifi Leadership ability. Written and verbal communications skills. Strong analytical skills.
