- The Client Global Talent Acquisition team is charged with tactically recruiting Military Veteran professionals for business critical vacancies within Client.

- This team partners closely with the functional leaders and HR Business Partner teams to proactively identify and address talent needs within the respective functions.

- The Military Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment in support of our Military Corporate Fellowship Program openings.
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate applicants and refer qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
- Review databases for applicants
- Owns the apprenticeship candidate and hiring manager experience
- Program manages recruitment initiatives and activities in each functional recruitment area
- Partners with hiring team before and during apprenticeship programs
- Monitor milestones, and provide effective recruitment progress updates to all stakeholders a
- As part of Client's Elite Military team you will be responsible for building a candidate pipeline, attending career fairs both in person and virtually along with networking events based on their area of industry expertise.
- The Military recruiter will be assigned an area of operation where you will increase Client's Military Brand by engaging with the local veteran communities, military installations and key centers of influence to showcase Client as an employer of choice
- This position will be 100% work from home.
- Client would prefer talent to be from the East Coast or Central Time zones to better facilitate the program.
