- Marketo Strategy Manager
- The Marketo strategy manager will be a member of Client's Marketing Sciences and Lifecycle Management team.
- In this contractual role, the marketing manager will be responsible for driving growth for business customers ranging from small business to large enterprises.
- This Candidates will sit in Client's digital lifecycle team and act as a central point of contact for all things related to Marketo strategy evolution and optimization of the platform's tech capabilities.
- In this role, the Marketo manager will be responsible for refining overarching strategy recommendations to all campaign management teams for comprehensive identification, engagement, build and scaling of marketing campaigns.
- This Candidates will work closely with the database marketing team, owning Client's email prioritization strategy, implementing rules and governance to guide touch frequency, eligibility and prioritization.
- Digital Lifecycle Strategy, CRM Campaign, Database Marketing, MarTech, Digital Operations, IT and Sales.
- Understanding of key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., Marketo, Adobe, Salesforce)
- Marketo Certified Associate or Expert.
- Understanding of direct marketing best practices across key tactics (email, direct mail,
- SMS, digital, retargeting).
- Lead base orchestration, personalization and lifecycle work for the Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) team.
- Accelerate understanding of Client's Marketing Automation Tool (Marketo) to define requirements and build framework for ongoing cadence of customer communications.
- Quickly develop understanding of current marketing campaigns and earn customer engagement and trust through a purposeful, well-orchestrated contact framework.
- Leverage customer journey analytics, AI and campaign engagement data to drive automation in communications prioritization and scale up customer growth efforts.
- Advise on Marketo's platform capabilities to make recommendations to practitioners, also identifying and managing data integration work streams across Client's systems.
- Serve as a Marketo subject matter expert to optimize custom objects and segmentation strategies in building out "always-on", "automated" digital first nurture streams to drive data-driven customer engagement.
- Own Marketo lead scoring methodology and implementation work incorporating rich behavioral data, journey flows, campaign eligibility and customer engagement to send qualified, marketing leads for outbound outreach via Sales teams.
- Success in the role is critical to achieving Client's Growth and Revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree or six or more years of relevant work experience.
