U.S. Talent Sourcer
Must Have Skills (Most Important):- 1 plus years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting for professional roles
- Previous experience using recruiting tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Hiretual, and Zoominfo
- Previous experience managing prospective candidate pipelines/pools within a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) or similar system
- Previous experience managing applicants through the hiring process within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with Boolean and/or Filtered searching
- Relationship building, relationship management, and good communication skills
- Previous experience sourcing and/or recruiting for Corporate function (Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and HR)
- Previous experience sourcing and/or recruiting for Sales function (Small-Medium Business, Enterprise, Federal/Public, Retail, and Telesales)
- The hired candidate for this role will serve as the primary point of contact for a Client Talent Acquisition Recruitment Team relating to talent sourcing & recruiting support.
- This support ranges to include proactive candidate identification and pipelining for future hiring demands, in addition to on-demand recruiting for current openings with minimal applicant volume or which require hard-to-find skills & experiences.
- The Talent Sourcer will be expected to build a strong relationship with the recruiting team he/she supports and keep open lines of communication to ensure their sourcing/recruiting activities align to the needs of the business now or in the near future.
- Support will be provided using a suite of sourcing/recruiting tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, Hiretual, and an internal candidate relationship management (CRM) system.
- In addition to candidate identification and engagement, the Talent Sourcer may also be asked to support recruiters in qualifying applicants to current job openings and moving them through our hiring process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
