Our client - a major, multi-office state government agency - is looking to fill a contract position with experienced Help Desk Support specialist. Skills required:
The ideal candidates will possess 3 years of substantial support experience. Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Avaya phones is a plus.Responsibilities include: Install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop application and hardware issues. Must be willing and able to move and install PCs as well as set up and take down equipment used for presentations. You will also have the responsibility to enter and update support requests in the ticketing system. Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of users in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
