Location:Berkley heights, NJRate/ Salary: Market To support clients in selection, implementation, rollouts and support of specific POS modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and point of sale solution expertise to effectively integrate POS With SAP technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Duties and Responsibilities:- The Consultant facilitates the implementation, support and roll out of GK POS
- Provide support to the integration team ensuring proper working.
- Provide support to other POS consultants on solutions and configurations
- Exploring new areas and functionalities available in the system and provide training to other consultants on the same.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Store-POS Consulting/ POS Implementations /Software Development involving POS product on SAP POS/GK POS
- Excellent knowledge of Store/POS process on retail formats ( Fashion).
- Development/implementation experience POS applications preferable GK POS with implementation experience on GK POS
- Should have knowledge on Business Process analysis, problem definition, Detailing of Processes of Point of Sale
- Exposure to software application implementation/development and customer requirements mapping and experience in client interactions to understand their requirements and must be able to draft the Functional Specification, work closely with Technical team to validate the technical specifications.
- Worked on Mobile POS, Omni POS
- Preferred to have Omni Channel POS Process including POS Promotions, Loyalty and POS Transactions
- Hands on experience in a Point of Sale solution. GK POS experience highly preferred
- Exposure in Retail / Fashion Industry will be highly preferred
