We are looking to expand rapidly and in doing so are relying on the top Interior Designers to come along and join our team!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Establish a relationship with clients to define their needs and to create design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions that meet those needs
Develop space plans that meet the functional and aesthetic program requirements.
Produce detailed and coordinated architectural construction drawings in Revit.
Ensure designs meet applicable codes and regulations in coordination with project architect.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Participates in marketing and business development efforts.

Hospitality
Commercial
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience working on corporate interiors projects or equivalent (be prepared to explain)
Proficient using AutoCAD, Revit and other design software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to conceptualize creative design intent
