Office 365 Project Manager

Responsibilities:• Project Managero Be the IT lead in the eyes of the organization for OneRetail project for US, including Wholesale and Designer Brands Sales Accelerationo Lead the project team and drive timely accomplishment of project milestones. Bring project team together and foster collaboration. Be accountable for the successful delivery of this program. o Ensure that project priorities and requirements are well understood across project team. Have clarity on business needs and objectives as well as overall technical solutiono Accountable for project methodology and risks / impacts / planning / costs / deadlineso Lead OneRetail program governance team on a bi-monthly status update on the progress of OneRetail for the USo Work with Zone Collaboration IT Services Director and IT subject matter experts to help define IT project and functional requirements and use caseso Work with business team to help create documents / requirements / tech tips related to the OneRetail solutiono Liaise with Global delivery team to help define and influence ITdelivery timeline and advocate for US Stakeholders as well as explaining project requirements and prioritieso Drive process to move OneRetail scope to IT RUN.o Provide OneRetail utilization and adoption KPIs in PowerPoint presentations to key business stakeholdersExperience and expected qualities:To fill this position, we are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills. You should be able to demonstrate the ability C1 - Internal useto achieve results, influence, negotiate effectively, and communicate confidently with a wide range of people at all levels of business. • Strong experience in management of complex IT Office 365 projects with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and languages• Strong Program & change management experience• 5+ years of experience leading IT projects• Strong business & customer service mindset• Good understanding of Retail Department store ecosystem• Agile thinking and solution-oriented; Attention to detail• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices• Strong capacities to analyze, simplify and define realistic action plan even on complex subjects• Strong adaptation capacities in complex and changing contexts• Good communicator, with ability to articulate both in IT and business terms• Sense of ownership• Demonstrate leadership and assertiveness• Innovative mindsetTechnical scope of Americas Office 365 IT Project Manager• Have strong IT project experience with Microsoft Office 365 platform(inclusive of Power Apps)• Technology background with ability to follow and contribute to technical discussions• Ability to create service line and technical documentation on Microsoft Teams and Salesforce via tools such as Microsoft Project• Have a basic understanding of identity management process in general, including understanding of account provisioning lifecycle and understanding of IT impact
