Release ManagerA great Release Manager Owns the Release Management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating & facilitating andthe overall management of the enterprise release for multiple applications across various portfolios.You will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test, andproduction environments, while working collaboratively with all participants in agile software development projects andis supportive of developers and testers as they set up their build dev/test environments.Basic Qualifications: Coordinate, Facilitate and Manage enterprise-wide release schedules and activities supporting the release(artifacts, readiness check lists, deployment/implementation plans, release install features, run books, build outrelease calendars.) Facilitate all release meetings and collaborate with application development teams, project managers,technology leaders, vendors, product partners and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment events(including readiness reviews, technology & business go/no go, root cause analysis). Manage Risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule & quality Manage Relationships and coordinate work between different teams in various locations and time-zones Measure and Monitor progress, providing weekly/monthly Release reporting, to ensure releases are deliveredon-time, within budget Support and Remediate Audit findings Support monthly release installs on weekends and overnight.Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: 8-10 years of experience leading and managing large release implementations in information systems. Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills with experience in agile software development practices Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work & teams towards task completion Highly organized & collaborative across multiple business groups and technical teams Advanced verbal & written communication skills are a must High EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and Influencing skills to make critical and thoughtful decisions Has an understanding of value stream management practices and flow Has Systems Thinking and a Continuous Improvement mindset Has Change management and Audit experienceEducation:BS Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experienceAdditional experience is a plus: Experience in Coaching Agile teams and individuals Managerial experience Project Management experience and financial acumen Understand CI/CD pipeline, code branching & mergeNO THIRD PARTIES, NO SUB-CONTRACTORS, NO CORP to CORPData Resource Technologies Inc. is an Information Technology Staffing Firm serving the markets of the United States of America; the greatest country in the world.
