What does a Senior Business Analyst, Complaint Management do?You will analyze and report complaints and ensure adherence to the Bank of America Complaint Management process. You'll assist with analyzing complaint data and provide summary level reporting on reasons and key drivers for complaints. Partner with Bank of America, you will improve processes, procedures, and operations functions that will reduce complaints and help mitigate potential risks and issues.In this role, you can expect to: Ensure adherence of the standards established in Complaints program documents through validation and monitoring of complaint handling performance, quality assurance/quality control results and completion of root cause analysis Complete complaint root cause analysis for all cases assigned for review Partner in coaching process to associates not adhering to Complaints definitions/process Present on a monthly call with Bank of America to provide summary level reportingWhat you'll need to have: 3+ years of merchant processing experienceWhat would be great to have: Excel and PowerPoint experience SalesForce CRM experienceLearn more about Fiserv:To support the total well-being of our associates, Fiserv takes a broad approach to our benefits.
