Responsibilities of the Consultant:- Collaborate and partner with commercial business leaders for activities surrounding the strategic Data Warehouse to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and priorities
- Work closely with business functional managers to discuss their business needs and lead envisioning sessions to brainstorm possible solutions and identify future state capabilities
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with senior business leaders to establish a go-forward roadmap and align with portfolio planning activities regarding commercial data integration requirements
- Lead and oversee all operational efforts for the data management activities with matrix teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth execution of strategic programs, projects, and initiatives
- Ensure a high-level of operational excellence for the Commercial Data Management platforms with demonstrated performance metrics and SLA reporting for measuring performance
- Lead business-driven enhancement requests related commercial data integration efforts of Data Warehouse across the Commercial portfolio with end-to-end delivery responsibility
- Support technical improvement initiatives of the Data Warehouse and Master Data Management platforms to ensure architectural advancement and software compliance
- Partner with Veeva and SAP platform teams to ensure a thoughtful architecture plan is developed and maintained to accommodate the data integration needs across multiple business and functional lines
- Identify opportunities to streamline and harmonize the historically fragmented data architecture supporting Commercial business operations and lead the efforts to rationalize into the Data Warehouse
- Strong Technical Expertise in the Pharmaceutical industry within data warehousing environment: Experience in either Data Warehousing, MDM, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Strong business leadership and partnership experience with cross functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and ability to influence others and drive results
- Proven experience working in a global service delivery model and partnering with external vendors
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and the surrounding AWS technical ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree required
