- Reviewing harassment and discrimination complaints and recommending steps to investigate concerns Conducting investigations including researching and analyzing information and conducting investigation interviews Preparing clear position statements and responses to government requests Managing cases and ensuring timely response and advancement towards resolution Participating in onsite visits, mediations, and settlement negotiations Providing advice to business leaders on equal employment opportunity policy What we're looking for You enjoy digging into the details but don't lose sight of the big picture. You establish rapport easily and maintain positive strong professional relationships in what can sometimes be contentious situations. You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Even better if you have: Juris Doctor degree Understanding of the principles of federal EEO laws, regulations and policies Two or more years of experience handling discrimination and harassment complaints filed with the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission and state agencies Demonstrated ability to influence through relationships
