About this role As a Senior UX Designer you will lead design initiatives that impact tools that employees use everyday, designing brand-defining experiences for a range of consumer-facing products and services.

You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant design experience Experience designing and prototyping technical/business web applications Even better if you have: A design degree A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes (blog, InVision, etc) Demonstrated ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences Demonstrated expertise planning, gathering, and synthesizing user needs from enterprise users Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions Portfolio examples of enterprise applications
