Technician Tech Services

Job Duties:
  • Call handling, Trouble ticket creation, Trouble ticket remediation, Imaging, Remote and hands on Desktop Support.
  • Provide support to staff on all company supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot MAC/PC problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action.
  • Complete application project-based work.
  • 2 to 7 years of experience.

Required:
  • Must be proficient with current MAC OS
  • Must be proficient with current Windows OS
  • Must be familiar with Active Directory (AD)
  • Must be familiar with RSA/Secure ID
  • Must be familiar with how VPN functions
  • Must be familiar with IPV4 and IPV6
  • Must be familiar with Outlook/Exchange
  • Must be familiar with G Suite
  • Must be familiar with Mobile Device support
  • Must be professional and courteous,
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • System Admin experience is preferred.
  • Remedy experience preferred
  • At Your Service preferred
  • SCCM experience preferred

Education or Certifications:
  • Must have an Associates Degree or higher
