Technician Tech Services
Job Duties:- Call handling, Trouble ticket creation, Trouble ticket remediation, Imaging, Remote and hands on Desktop Support.
- Provide support to staff on all company supported applications.
- Troubleshoot MAC/PC problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action.
- Complete application project-based work.
- 2 to 7 years of experience.
- Must be proficient with current MAC OS
- Must be proficient with current Windows OS
- Must be familiar with Active Directory (AD)
- Must be familiar with RSA/Secure ID
- Must be familiar with how VPN functions
- Must be familiar with IPV4 and IPV6
- Must be familiar with Outlook/Exchange
- Must be familiar with G Suite
- Must be familiar with Mobile Device support
- Must be professional and courteous,
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must work well in a team environment
- System Admin experience is preferred.
- Remedy experience preferred
- At Your Service preferred
- SCCM experience preferred
- Must have an Associates Degree or higher
