- Proficient in project management techniques and methods. Able to manage and deliver projects.
- Experienced with SOP simplification and review process
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes
- Familiar with ServiceNow environment
- Experienced with RACI definition and development
- Familiar with process management in Cloud environment
- Understanding GAMP5 standards
- Process Planning, Development, Analysis, Design, Integration, Management, Engineering, Modelling, Control, Audit, Compliance
- Strong understanding of Quality and Compliance
- Familiar with SDLC, DevOps and automation
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and ability to formulate added value statements for senior management
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group-presentation situations. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff, senior management and external partners
