We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the maturation of our development organization. This role would focus on both product ownership and project management with primary responsibilities including: Serve as a front door for our development group and facilitate communication between our key stakeholders/customers and the development team Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment with the broader needs of the business Advocate on behalf of our customers and create backlog items to reflect their feedback and feature requests Ensure that the backlog remains well-structured and in priority order to ensure streamlined development work Track milestones & release dates and communicate this information to our customers
Skills: Previous experience working in a similar capacity Self-starter with excellent project and time management skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to drive alignment across customers, stakeholders and development leadership Knowledge of traditional Agile principles and how they impact development teams Excellent attention to detail Previous experience generating, managing and prioritizing a large product backlog Working knowledge of Gitlab and the concept of milestonesVacancy expired!
