We are seeking a passionate OCM Lead for an Oracle project lasting 6 to 12 months with up to 40% travel. An Insight OCM Consultant demonstrates skill in OCM, to support process and technology enabled business changes in a variety of industries. Qualified candidates will work closely with clients and partners to execute OCM activities and deliverables. Typical projects will result in successful adoption and operational performance with new processes and information technology systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Role Mapping to Training
  • Implement OCM assessments, plans, and reinforcement
  • Implement analysis tools, workshops, data collection, and feedback, in order to quantify risk, barriers, gaps, corrective actions, and track effectiveness of the OCM plans
  • Create and distribute communication plans and communication collateral, to create appropriate levels of awareness for all audiences, at the right time throughout project execution
  • Create and implement sponsor, leader, coaching, and training plans
  • Ability to align with standard and custom OCM methodologies to ensure client success
  • Strong facilitation skills working with all levels of client organization
  • Strong collaboration skills working with client, competitor, and complimenting consultant teams
  • Working knowledge of at least one large scale integrated application system
  • Integrate OCM plan and milestones into the project management plan and schedule

Desired Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of change management and/or communications experience
  • Oracle project experience (Finance, PLM, Inventory Management)
  • Participation in at least three large scale business change initiatives
  • Developed communications for at least four large scale business change initiatives
  • Played a major role in at least three large scale technology enabled change initiatives in an OCM or Communications role
  • Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management, communications, and education
  • Knowledge of various OCM methodologies
  • Consultative skills
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of situations
  • Ability to be an individual contributor or team player
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence people - strong presentation skills a must

Desired Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Learning, Education or a related field
  • OCM certification
