We are looking for someone who:Works alongside Export team to provide exceptional customer service to the customer.
Creates, checks, and verifies accuracy of hazardous documentation
Handles and responds to all types of customer service issues - orders, documentation, tenders, and general enquiries
Collates & assembles tender documents where necessary
Listen to the customers’ needs and understand their requirements
Provide a high and efficient level of customer service
Resolve complex or difficult customer queries seeking support and clarification where appropriate
Seeks appropriate data/information before making any decisions
Non-Negotiable Hiring CriteriaProven history of export customer service skills within an export customer service environment
Strong self-motivation with open and clear communication skills, both written & verbal
Proven experience in managing and prioritizing workloads
Minimum Requirements/QualificationsProven history of Letter of credit experience
Proven working knowledge of IATA regulations and appropriate qualification
FedEx Ship Manager experience is a plus
Proven experienced at working in a pressured environment
Proven working knowledge of Export/Domestic documentation
Proven experience of Export/Domestic license requirements
Minimum 2 A – levels or equivalent (in a Science subject and English – desirable but not essential)
Intermediate level experience in Microsoft word/Excel
