Description A successful property management firm is seeking a Property Accountant to assist in Bridgewater, New Jersey area. The Property Accountant responsibilities will include job costing; month-end and year-end close including journal entries, accruals and general ledger reconciliations for commercial and residential accounts; manage mortgage payments; and review accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
