Location: Bridgewater, NJ Description: Our client is currently seeking a ANALYST - SYSTEMS/ARCHITECTURE - II Remote at startW2/C2C

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

• Analytical skills and experience in developing user stories, and data modeling

• Demonstrated facilitation and project management capabilities with track record of accomplishing goals on deadline

• Ability to write detailed user stories and integration requirements in JIRA environment.

• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management across various organizations

• Technical aptitude with good understanding of IT, finance, contracting, onboarding, private network, revenue assurance, provisioning and device/network management processes

• Knowledge of one of more industries and/or technology: 5G Network Technology, MEC integration, vendor integration, IoT products, Device Technology, FOTA/MOTIVE.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Agile Process, SFDC, ECPD, Apttus, Tableau, MS Suite, GSuite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Energetic and proactive with a strong sense of urgency

• Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

• Ability to present complex ideas in simple terms and obtain buy-in from stakeholders

• Ability to translate market/customer needs into well-conceived, cost effective solutions and proposals

DESIRED SKILLS:

Previous partner or channel program experience.

Previous experience transforming and rationalizing processes.

Previous wireless connectivity or tech industry experience.

Previous contracting management experience.

JOB DUTIES:

Overall: Vetting of several hundred resale partner Registrations, Applications (including creation of Authorized Use cases for Non-Standard VPP partners); Manage contract renewal requests, and partner line transfers, as well as creation of Sales guidelines. Details include:

Key Role: Transfer Your Service (TYS -Manage and approve requests for lines to be transferred) and Partner Relationship Mgt (PRM)

VSP Partner Vetting, Onboarding and Management - Analyze registrations, issue CIM Credentials, review and approve partner applications. Verification and decision on Transfer Your Service Requests to assure revenue stabilization. Lead Share set up, training (Time: 40%)

Program Enhancements - Enable Partners and their users for Lead sharing through the PRM Portal, as well as enable Citrix access. Train users on using PRM Portal to update and close leads provided by Sales.(Time 10-15%)

Program Development - Recruit and onboard 10 new IoT Rev Share partners, 5 new Product Resellers, and 3 new MEC partners. (Time 5-10%)

Contract Management - Manage the renewal process for existing partners, process requests for Mergers and Acquisitions, and add additional use cases for partners to increase sales opportunities. (Time 25%)

Reporting/Validation - Ensure data accuracy in IOT tracker for compliance and SLAs. (Time: 15%)

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical field including CS/System Engineering
