Scrum Master, Project Manager Contract

(Hybrid, Bridgewater, NJ)

• Leading and running all agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, for the Engineering organization responsible for development of the product.
• Leading and Coordinating all other aspects of the overall project beyond Engineering, as project manager. Including learning internal project expectations, tasks and milestones that required before a project launch, and ensure all of those items are completed as necessary.
• Working with cross functional teams and ensure superior communications among all organizations: Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Security, IT/Network and Operations organizations.

• The candidate must have experience working as a Scrum Master on agile development teams and all agile ceremonies that entails.
• Organized with attention to detail
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure and tight timelines
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, accurate and straightforward manner
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
• Minimum 2 years of agile/Scrum experience
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
• U.S. Citizenship required
