Job Description One of the largest agricultural companies in the world needs an experienced Solution Architect to join their research and development team. On this team, you will get to take lead of the development of architecture strategies, technical roadmaps, and even get to present project deliverable to directors and executives across the company. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Java and prior Architect experience. With multiple product lines, they need a Solution Architect that has experience providing strategy on design for multiple applications, as you will be retiring legacy technology and bringing in new technology. This role is expected to transition into a lead position with direct reports, making it a great opportunity for those with previous management experience and looking to expand both their technical and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, hybrid schedule (located in either their Delaware or Philadelphia office), role offering a competitive salary with an additional 5-7% bonus. Required Skills & Experience
- Intermediate to expert level in Java
- Previous experience designing technical road maps for several applications
- Prior Architect experience
- Previous management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior enterprise experience
- Prior Research and Development experience
- Prior experience designing applications in a cloud environment
- Prior experience working with C-level executives
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
