- Serve as the IS point person to resolve/escalate technical support requests received by phone, email, or in-person within their assigned region
- Build strong business relationships with management/staff/agents by traveling to assigned locations and providing onsite support, training and any technical assistance requested
- Attend office/department/business unit meetings to stay current on business needs; receive feedback on IS related issues and provide informative updates on IS initiatives to clients
- Work with core IS to pilot new technology, to include gathering and providing feedback from the user community
- Support core IS with documenting field office equipment, assist as needed with office moves, and backup other regions as required
- Obtain/maintain in-depth working knowledge of company policies and procedures including (but not limited to) Help Desk procedures, Field Tech procedures, the Employee Handbook, and the Branch Management Manual. Must be familiar with all regional locations.
- Associate's degree
- 5+ years of experience in hardware support and data communication
- Strong background in Network related software/hardware, a variety of LAN topologies and experience with Windows NT or 9x, and Windows ME
