The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader in Philadelphia on their quest for a talented Lab Information Systems Analyst. In this role you will support operations for the Lab infrastructure environment using EPIC, Soft, and CoPath programs.
Responsibilities- Design and test functionality, build reports, project management, integration of systems, train end users.
- Ensure that the flow from registration to bill payment is successful.
- Analyze lab software for opportunities to improve lab processes/operations.
- In-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details.
- Develop and document the internal lab workflow that will be used in conjunction with lab applications.
- Technical support.
- 1+ years’ supporting applications, preferably lab applications such as EPIC, Soft, CoPath.
