Job Description
We currently have an exciting dual role at our Barrington store working as both an Entertainment Team Member and on our Service Desk!
Do you think and work fast on your feet? Do you enjoy helping others? Do you provide 'service with a smile'?
In the Service Desk position, you will be based at our customer service desk. This role entails assisting our customers with their inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.
For the Entertainment role, we are looking for a superstar who loves all things Entertainment! You will be keen to build a career in retail andbe passionate about helping our customers with their entertainment needs.
We currently have two permanent part time positions availablecovering the following shifts:
- Thursday 5pm8pm & Sunday 10.30am-8pm Entertainment OR
- Friday 5pm-9.30pm Service Desk & Monday 10.30am-8pm Entertainment
Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role - preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to undertakeheavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
