Helpdesk Support Engineer, Fulltime- Cinnaminson, NJ Kelly Technology is looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to support our laboratory services client.

Qualifications and Experience: Computer certificate from training institute or Associates degree (A.A. or A.S.) in Technology related field, or equivalent combination of 2 -3 years of work experience.
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products including but not limited to Office 365, Office 2016, Windows 7and 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012R2, 2016, Exchange 2013, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with custom corporate applications such as Desktop Authority, Fortigate Networking Infrastructure, Web Filter Solutions, Help Star, VoIP systems, VMware and Maximizer CRM is a plus.
  • Previous Help Desk experience is required.

Responsibilities: Providing Technology Help Desk support services to all employees for all hardware, software, network infrastructure, phone/VOIP systems, internet connectivity, email, etc.
  • Support services will be provided both in person and by phone.
  • Troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
  • Purchasing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of all hardware and software.
  • Participating in rotating On-call schedule, including regular shifts providing 24-hour support services.
  • Occasional travel required.
