- Experience with the Microsoft suite of products including but not limited to Office 365, Office 2016, Windows 7and 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012R2, 2016, Exchange 2013, and Active Directory.
- Experience with custom corporate applications such as Desktop Authority, Fortigate Networking Infrastructure, Web Filter Solutions, Help Star, VoIP systems, VMware and Maximizer CRM is a plus.
- Previous Help Desk experience is required.
- Support services will be provided both in person and by phone.
- Troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
- Purchasing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of all hardware and software.
- Participating in rotating On-call schedule, including regular shifts providing 24-hour support services.
- Occasional travel required.
