- Position may include responsibility for the stock equation, (production plan and inventory), ensuring the quality and service for the demand are coordinated with launches to optimize service level and inventory, partnering with demand planning on forecasting, and developing launches and manufacturing on production plan.
- Collect data on supply chain operations. Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.
- Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
- Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
- Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
- Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or another related field 2-4 years experience in planning, inventory control or related field Proficiency in Excel Strong analytical and communication skills SAP system experience is preferable.
- Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though strongly preferred.
- High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes.
- Previous experience with supply chain processes strongly preferred
- Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes
